okayji Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and okayji (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at okayji.club (the "Platform"). The Platform provides online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, and related services to eligible players located in Bangladesh.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or using any feature of okayji in any capacity, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered player account created by an individual on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or non-cashable incentives credited to a Player's Account as part of an okayji promotion.
• "Deposit" means a transfer of real money from a Player's designated payment method into the Player's Account Balance.
• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of real money from a Player's Account Balance to a verified payment method registered in the Player's name.
• "Game" means any casino title, live dealer table, slot machine, or sports betting market available on the Platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means a real-money stake placed on any Game outcome.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total wager amount that must be placed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before a Player may make a withdrawal or is otherwise requested by okayji.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the currency used for all transactions on the Platform.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the reference time zone for all Platform operations.

The Platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or place any wager on okayji. By creating an account, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. okayji employs age-verification procedures and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account determined to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and any real-money Balance returned to the payment method from which it was deposited, subject to verification.

The Platform is operated for and directed at players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful under the laws applicable to you in your place of residence. okayji makes no representation that the Platform is accessible or lawful in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including:

You agree to keep your registration information up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. okayji will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify okayji immediately at [email protected]. okayji will take reasonable steps to investigate the matter and, where appropriate, suspend the Account pending investigation.

okayji reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time, and in all cases prior to processing a withdrawal. Verification documents may include, but are not limited to:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Evidence of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account in the Player's name).

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is completed. okayji will process all KYC documents with discretion and in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Players may request to close their Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after completion of applicable KYC checks. Bonus Funds that have not met their applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

okayji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Players may only use payment methods that are registered in their own legal name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited and will result in reversal of funds and potential Account suspension.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically reflected in a Player's Account Balance within seconds of the mobile wallet transaction confirming.
• okayji does not charge any fees for processing deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• okayji reserves the right to impose deposit limits at the platform level or at the individual Account level for responsible gaming or security purposes.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within an average of 15 minutes following approval. Processing times for Visa and Mastercard may be longer depending on the issuing bank.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified in the Player's name. okayji may require supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal.
• All pending Wagering Requirements associated with active Bonus Funds must be fulfilled before a withdrawal containing bonus-derived winnings can be processed.
• okayji reserves the right to carry out enhanced due-diligence checks on any withdrawal request and to delay processing where such checks are in progress.

okayji may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives to new and existing Players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to Wagering Requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn.
• Unless otherwise stated, Wagering Requirements must be fulfilled within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Unfulfilled bonus balances expire at the end of this period.
• Bonus offers are available to one Account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times via different Accounts constitutes abuse and will result in Account suspension.
• okayji reserves the right to withdraw any bonus from a Player's Account at any time if there is reasonable evidence that the bonus was claimed through fraudulent or abusive means.
• okayji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

okayji may run limited-time promotional campaigns aligned with significant dates in the Bangladeshi calendar, including Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March), as well as major cricket events including BPL and ICC T20 World Cup fixtures involving the Bangladesh Tigers. These promotions are subject to their own individual terms, which will be published on the Platform when each promotion is active.

The okayji Platform offers live casino games, RNG-based slot titles, and sports betting markets. • Any winnings arising from a clearly identified software malfunction or display error — including an erroneously displayed paytable or odds — are void and will not be paid out.

The okayji sports betting section offers markets on cricket — including BPL, IPL, ICC events, and international Test and T20 matches involving the Bangladesh Tigers — as well as football, kabaddi, and other sporting events. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the Platform.

• All odds are displayed in decimal format and are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• Bets are accepted and settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Pre-match odds are fixed at the time of bet placement. In-play odds are subject to change at any time and bets are settled at the odds shown at the moment the in-play bet is accepted by the system.
• In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account, unless the event is completed within a period specified in the individual market rules.
• Where a result is determined by a governing body to be the subject of match-fixing or corruption, okayji reserves the right to void all bets on the affected match.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per Player may apply. These limits are displayed in the relevant market rules and may be updated periodically.
• okayji reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any betting market, to restrict access to betting markets for individual Accounts, or to void bets where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okayji Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Balances and Bonus Funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under your own identity or under a false identity.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point when requested by okayji.
• Using any software, algorithm, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to automate play, gain an unfair advantage, or circumvent Platform security measures.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players, including sharing cards or outcomes in live casino games via external communication channels.
• Exploiting any error, bug, or malfunction in the Platform software for financial gain.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to registering multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, using Bonus Funds in a manner designed to meet Wagering Requirements without genuine play intent, or coordinating with other Players to systematically exploit promotional mechanics.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for the purpose of money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Using payment methods belonging to a third party or that are not registered in your own legal name.
• Attempting to access, alter, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's underlying code, servers, or data infrastructure.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or intimidates okayji staff, agents, or other Players.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to restrict the amount of money deposited into their Account over a given period. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period before they may be increased.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Platform content without prior written permission from okayji.
• Use the okayji brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Frame, mirror, or scrape any portion of the Platform without express written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.

Game content provided by third-party suppliers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe remains the intellectual property of those respective companies and is used on the Platform under licence.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okayji, its directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service provided thereon.
• Any loss of funds, winnings, or data arising from technical failures, network outages, or third-party payment processing errors outside okayji's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any game outcome, including outcomes that are disputed by the Player.
• Any reliance placed on information or content provided on the Platform.

In any event, okayji's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any form of fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by okayji.

okayji collects and processes personal data in connection with the operation of the Platform, including for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming compliance. The manner in which okayji collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data is described in detail in the okayji Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By registering an Account and accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that your data may be shared with third-party payment processors, game content suppliers, identity verification services, and fraud prevention agencies strictly as necessary to deliver and protect the Platform's services.

okayji implements industry-standard SSL encryption across the entire Platform and applies strict internal access controls to personal data. okayji does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

okayji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to changes in applicable law, updates to Platform functionality, new game categories, revised payment processes, or evolving responsible gaming standards.

When material changes are made to these Terms, okayji will notify registered Players by sending a notification to the email address associated with their Account at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and request Account closure by contacting [email protected].

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations in the jurisdiction in which okayji is registered and operates.

Both parties agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or from your use of the Platform shall first be referred to okayji's customer support team at [email protected] for informal resolution. okayji will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes fairly and efficiently within 14 business days of receiving a written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause shall limit okayji's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or Platform integrity.

These Terms are written in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version and any translated version of these Terms, the English-language version shall prevail in all respects.
